TECHNO-EP SERIES GREASE has three varieties depending on its consistency i.e EP 0, EP 00, EP 000. These grease has extreme pressure (EP) properties. These greases possess excellent shear stability, high load carrying capacity, good oxidation stability & anti-rust, anti-corrosion properties. These greases prevent welding & seizure of moving parts often caused by shock loading & resist water washout..

TECHNO-EP SERIES GREASE has three varieties depending on its consistency i.e EP 1, EP 2 EP 3. These grease has extreme pressure (EP) properties. These greases possess excellent shear stability, high load carrying capacity, good oxidation stability & anti-rust, anti-corrosion properties. These Grease are Light Brown coloured lithium base greases formulated with surface improvement additives for lubrication under severe mechanical pressure.

Applications

  • Ep Series Greases are suitable for general purpose and centralised automatic lubrication systems. These are recommended for all types of anti-friction ball and roller bearings operating at high-speed and under heavy or shock loads. These are extensively used in Steal rolling mills..

CHASSIS GREASEis calcium-based grease that offers good mechanical stability, excellent oxidation stability indicating longer bearing life. They are resistant to rust and corrosion and have superior resistance to the washing out of water.

Applications

  • Chassis grease is recommended for use in automotive vehicles, electric motor bearings, fan bearings, pump bearings and other plain and anti-friction applications. They are recommended for use where water contamination is encountered and is suitable for bearings operating at temperatures as high as 120’C or higher if replenished frequently. Its pumpability makes it suitable in centralised grease systems, even at low temperatures.

TECHNO-HIGH TEMPERATURE GREASE HTX / HTX1000

These are premium quality, all-purpose, extreme pressure greases meant for smooth operation in the range of -20’C to 310’C. TECHOL HTX Grease performs quite smoothly even in heavy load conditions. It can lubricate satisfactorily at temperature upto 230’C and will not melt or soften at higher temperature.

Applications:

  • TECHOL HTX Grease is recommended for ball and roller bearings, sleeve bearings, slides, conveyor Chains, Chassis Lubes etc.

Graphite Grease is used for general lubrication under comparative high load & low relative displacement of interacting surfaces..

Applications

  • These greases are recommended for leaf springs, hydraulic ramps, plungers, slides, elevator cables and pantograph pans as protection for steel wire ropes & for certain anti-seize purposes.
